
Advanced Topic-Workforce Planning-Midway

$195.00The session seeks to provide resources and tools to equip community leaders to guide their local workforce development planning efforts. The class will focus on the following six critical steps of workforce planning: assess your community’s capacity and readiness to plan, collect and analyze local data, conduct an industry and community needs assessment, identify a collective vision and set priorities, implement the plan, and conduct ongoing progress review. The goal of the session is for participants to walk away feeling confident in leading the process of creating a workforce plan for their local communities. This session is best suited for key leaders who are involved in or interested in workforce development in their community.
